Future Work
Currently, the metal objects given as .stl
-meshes need to be voxelized as a pre-processing step prior to simulation. This can be implemented more elegantly, if we have a projector that can directly perform projection of meshes. Benjamin Kileen wanted to implement this as part of the Arcade-Lab implementation of DeepDRR.
Check if its available and integrate if possible.
